One of the interpretations is "O human being!" referring to Muhammad (S.A.W) since the verses that follow are translated as "By the Qur´an (Quran / Quraan / Koran / Koraan/ Kuran/ Kuraan), full of Wisdom, Thou art indeed one of the messengers".
